RW&CO. Black Dress with Pink Floral Design, size small

Chic black dress with pink floral accents. Features a stylish neckline and elegant design. Great for wearing to work/office or out and about! Snap at the bust to keep it closed, elastic waist, slight puff detail at the shoulders, and buttons at the hems of the sleeves. Fully lined. Great preloved condition. Only flaws to report are a small snag in the front of the skirt fabric, and a small mark where I had used a safety pin to keep the bust from gaping (may or may not be an issue for you, depending on bust size! I have a 37 inch bust). See photos for both flaws. Measurements in photos! Fabric does not have stretch except at the elastic waist.
