Excellent preowned condition, white semi-sheer cold shoulder blouse with ruffles at the shoulders by RW&CO. featuring a floral pattern in pinks, red, greens, ocres and black. The sweetest blouse, flowing and breezy and perfect for warmer weather, but could also be worn with a sleeveless duster for Autumn. The fabric is an interesting vertical texture in white that sort of takes on a pink appearance from afar. I had some trouble photographing it.
