Elegant floral dress with black trim. Features a stylish bow tie that is adjustable at the neck and at the two sleeves. Sheer floral overlay on top of a black slip underneath. Excellent preloved condition. The only thing to note is that one of the black slip straps is still sewn to the top layer of the dress, and one is not anymore, but an easy fix (and not even necessary if you don’t want to fix it!) Measurements in photos. Waistband is elastic/stretchy but the fabric itself is not.
