RW&CO Retro Dress (Strapless or not)

This dress has removable straps. It’s been worn only once so it’s in great condition. It’s made of cotton & spandex for a perfect fit. It’s black & purple. (The purple doesn’t show on the picture) This dress has been fitted to the mannequin for the picture. (Pinned in the back) It fit a size larger than the mannequin size 8 I would say or size 6 If you have a larger chest than the mannequin. The label says size 4 but it’s not!! It’s too big for me.
