erondel Can you take a hip measurement of this dress please?

vcvstoreandco @erondel Hello. This dress has an elastic band so I measured the hip when it is relaxed and stretched. Here is the range 13.5”- 18-5” = 27”- 37” Hope this helps. Ask other questions if you have!
