Great find on this vintage summer dress! The skirt has an under skirt of white cotton. It has a side zipper with a hook and eye closure. Nice ruffles for a feminine effect. There is a lace panel along the empire waistline as well as a back elastic panel for comfort. Ivory on ivory. Measured from the bottom of the empire waste line, the skirt is 28 inches long.
