A flowy fit and flare dress designed with short sleeves and a supple neck tie. RW&Co. Item No: 436253 Size: S Colours: Black with Portabella Dots and Bright rose. - Fit and Flare: Fitted through the bodice and flaring out below the hip or waist - Short sleeve with elastic hem - Non-stretch twill - Lined skirt - Elastic waist - V-neck with tie Materials: 97% Polyester, 3% elastane Imported Garment Care: Machine wash, inside out, cold water, gentle cycle. Wash similar colors together. Do not bleach. Hang to dry. Iron at low setting. Store tags not attached, but manufacturer size and care tags are. Like new! Never worn - only tried on once or twice. I really like this dress (perfect for an office job!!), and am only selling it because I have another dress which is very similar and I've never ended up wearing this one.
