RW&Co. Plaid Short Sleeve Chiffon Dress with Mock Neck

I love the silhouette of this RW&Co. dress. It’s made of a lovely, flowy plaid chiffon material, and is fully lined. It has a mock neck with a tie at the back. The waist is elasticized making this a fairly comfortable dress. Has flutter short sleeves. It hits roughly at the knee. The length from shoulder to bottom hem measures 39 inches, arm pit to arm pit measures 22 inches, waist measures 17 inches (but can easily stretch another 4-5 inches). In excellent used condition (worn twice).
