RW&Co. Ruffled Chiffon Dress in Teal

This teal chiffon dress from RW&Co. has a ruffled front and flutter sleeves. It has an elasticized waist. It has a flattering fit-and-flare fit. It measures 40 inches from shoulder to bottom hem and 22 inches from armpit to armpit. RW&Co. sizing chart provided for reference. This was only worn once, but it does have a small snag near the bottom hem on the back left of the dress (shown in photos).
