RW&Co ladies size medium high neck halter top. This very pretty top has a scarf tie at the back along with one button at the neck and has a keyhole style back, which can be seen in the photos. The back is slightly longer than the front which is also shown in the photos. The front is tailored for the breast, area photo attached. This item has a silky feel but it is 100% polyester.
