RW&Co. dress with pockets

This fit and flare dress had a great colour palette. Cream, pink and black make it easy to accessorize. The waist laying flat is 13.5 inches. The hips measure at 21” but that would make the dress feel snug. The length from shoulder to hem is 36”. I’m just not slim enough to pull this off anymore!
