Rachel Rachel Roy striped dress size 4

Black and white striped Rachel by Rachel Roy dress. The back is gorgeous with tiny cutouts that are flattering without being too revealing. There is silver, gold and bronze jewels adorning the waistband in the back. Had full intention of wearing this so I had cut the tag off but I just never ended up wearing it.
