Rachel Roy jacket/blazer

Rachel Roy black batwing jacket/blazer type of thing. Inside is a sewn in vest style top that buttons up and has an elastic band at the waist. Sewn over top is a flowy/drapey jacket thing with one button at the top and one at the bottom. In great condition, only flaw is that the 2 outside buttons don’t perfectly match the inside ones because I had to sew new buttons on! Such a cool fashion piece. 👽 Measurements as shown.
