chellonheels @divadellaire Ok great to hear. I have a bad experience with another seller recently. Bought two pens bundle and gave me 2 refills for 2 pens to share and told me "inks are courtesy". I was like , these pens are special and not having more refills make their useful life shorter.

divadellaire @chellonheels usually when I sell, refills are a courtesy as well. They aren’t cheap on Amazon when I buy quality ones vs China made. I usually sell them for $1 each or 6 for $5. If anyone on posh asks for refills, I will include 2. If someone doesn’t ask, I assume they’ll purchase a bulk refill off amazon. Which is why no refills are said to be included in my ad :)

divadellaire I guess the ones I purchase off Amazon could be manufactured anywhere. I just find the quality is better than my past purchases off wish/temu. I’ve had ink refills that bled everywhere, ruining a lot of my mug bugs, which I paid a lot of $ for after importing them from the designer in USA. It was frustrating. So I stick to Amazon now. I pay more, but the quality is better.

chellonheels @divadellaire It's inconvenient to buy from Amazon or anywhere after buying from Poshmark. And if I can just buy refills from a huge eCommerce website like Amazon, then why not buy beaded pens from there too instead of supporting Canada small sellers? I do think special pens like this should include the ink as pens are useless w/o inks. I get free pens everywhere tbh but I don't mind spending more in one place / seller. for convenience . I like generosity.

chellonheels @divadellaire Ok, will think about it. I like generous sellers who are very transparent and do not make me "read between lines" because I don't do well with indirect and suspicious people. I normally complain to Poshmark if my order is not as described. For now, I will ♥️ it for future buys. Im replacing all free pens collected from different places as promotion give aways.

divadellaire @chellonheels that’s great that you’re willing to spend more on Small businesses! I’ve had it both ways, where buyers prefer mass quantities through Temu, etc. Most of my pens sell locally. My mug beads alone cost $8 each after import fees. Once out, I won’t be purchasing more. I’d have to charge more per pen just to cover supplies. Most people don’t want to pay $10 plus. I don’t profit off these sadly. I think they are fun! I’ll never deny a few refills when requested.

chellonheels @divadellaire I would make recommendations to put photos of the refill included on each pens so it would give future buyers a clear picture of what they'll get rather than hiding this information. Because if customer forgets to ask and don't get refills, it's not always possible to fault the customer and they might have not good experience. Previous seller was fast but missed this mark. Now no longer buying from them.

divadellaire @chellonheels I’m sorry you feel that I’m hiding info. My ad says where refills can be purchased + doesn’t include refills. From my experience, most people would rather buy in bulk. My prices cover my costs only. I don’t have a small business. I bought the minimum amount of supplies available for my own pens. I’m just selling the remaining supplies/pens to help offset my costs. The refills I offer as a when requested are freebies from my own stash.

Harassing a seller about free stuff and basically threatening to give a bad review unless you get free stuff is in poor taste. Kind of like selling an empty paper bag for $5 on posh just because of the brand name on it 🙄 I hope you have the day you deserve

When one buys refillable items from big box stores, who generate millions, refills are not free. Yet your expectation is free from small businesses. Yet you sell free bags.
