Rag & Bone Harrow ankle boots

Funky little leather (assuming) ankle boots from rag & bone. Made in Italy. Dark brown with black straps. Some minor scuffing on toes and back of heel. Heels could use a buff. Please see last photo for picture of strap ends. Overall in very good used condition. Size 38.5; to me they fit like an 8. Very cool boots!
