@janetpanic hi! I just added a picture with the tie almost all together. It has a bit of flexibility as you you could not tie it as snug and wear a light layer under. I can fit anywhere from a xs-m, I’m 5’4 and wear a size 4 jean typically. My biceps are larger than an average small I would say but I still fit the top comfortably.
