Rago Shapewear Shorts

Cute high-waisted retro style shape-wear with large tummy control band and sheer shorts style undergarment. New with tags. Meant to fit Medium with 28” waist. Since Rago is shapewear they are smaller than what they stretch out to. I feel like these would better fit a XS-S unless you like things to be very tight.
