Rails Freya skirt

this skirt is the Freya style by Rails in the colour Parchment (an off white). buttons all down the front make for an easy on/easy off and side pockets make it very convenient. no flaws, smoke free and pet free home measurements laying flat: waist 13 inches 26.5 inches long note: not the same skirt as on Kaia but can be styled for a similar model-off-duty look
