Rails Red Plaid Sleeveless Tunic

A versatile piece in you wardrobe. Very soft material from Rails. Please note it cannot be worn as a dress (without something underneath) because the side slits go all the up to the underarm. It has a high low hem. It does have a small hole (from wear a pin was) please see pictures. (3rd picture) I find Rails clothing runs small. Shoulders 13” Pit to pit - 16.5” C4
