Rails midi dress Stunning, bright, breezy and comfortable mid length dress. Note the ruffle detail at the bottom of the dress. New with tags, size medium. Draw string waist for more defined fit. Some flexibility in size. FYI I changed the buttons to something I felt was more in keeping with the gorgeous styling of the dress.
