Rain Clothing Sparkly Hooded Sleevless Dress XL

Worn twice. From Rain Clothing in WEM. When you wear it with hood up it makes it more dramatic. You can wear a shirt underneath if you prefer to have sleeves. Sparkly and pretty. I am a true 2XL. Inner tags removed due to sensory issue. Was washed once but inside out in cold and hang dry. all of the sparkles are in tact.
