Rain coat with detachable fleece liner

This is a waterproof rain coat that also keeps you warm not only in spring but in late Canadian falls due to a detachable inner fleece (can be worn with or without). The hood stays put via the elastic toggle. I’ve worn this coat in rainstorms commuting by foot and bus and always stayed dry.
