Good condition. Some may have some stains that percist or the ones with real hair may need a good brushing and/or boil wash. I always try to list any imperfections as best as I can when I see some. ☺️ I don't smoke, but I live in a house where somebody smoke, but I don't let them near my dolls. I have pets in my home, just something to keep in mind. ☺️
