Raincoat: button up, Lace detail

This Lacy see through raincoat is very unique! It has button closure and 2 large patch pockets. Fully waterproof, it is plastic over lace and has grommet holes under the arms for ventilation, see photo. The shoulders have a slight “puff” detail and there is darting at the bust as well as front and back waist for a flattering fit.
