NWT - The perfect elegant black dress with pleating at the waistline to provide shape at the waist and bust line. High-low skirt hemline. Bra friendly. This is a very stretchy material that would be elegant enough for an event or could be worn with a jean jacket to make it more casual. In perfect condition, but please note there is no waist fabric belt. I am not sure that there ever was. No belt required for the dress, but could be accessorized with any fun option belt. Size 8 (very forgiving because of the stretch) Approximate measurements when laying flat Pit to pit - 17 inches (keep in mind this is a stretchy material) Length at front - 48 inches at shortest part around the middle. Length at back at the longest at about the middle - 54 inches
