This elegant black lace sleeveless tank top is perfect for any occasion. Black lining underneath black lace. the lace feels nice and thick. I've pinned the straps to be shorter, but that can be easily removed or adjusted. The straps are velvet. Size marked 16, but I'd say it fits closer to a 14, or a flatter chested 16.
