Ralph Lauren Black Velvet Burnout Flutter Sleeve Cocktail Dress 16 16P Like New

This is a really gorgeous Ralph Lauren dress that I wore once for 3 hours. The top is a velvet burnout applique style with a cowl neck and flutter sleeves. There is a thin velvet strip at the waist, and a solid black skirt. On the back the flutter sleeves create a beautiful capelet effect. It's a size 16 and I had it shortened to a petite length (I'm 5'1" and it fell at the knee). I paid $260 for this dress and it's like new. Check out all my other listings for lots of fashion items.
