Rampage vintage 90s black hi-neck long dress with satin| size 3 | Prom | Wedding

This is a black vintage Rampage dress. When I look at it, it screams 1993, but I have no way of knowing. It's a long dress with a black hi-neck design. The waist area has two satin panels on each side. The pristine paper tag (that's another reason I feel the dress is super vintage - inside tags aren't made of this pristine paper anymore) states that the dress is 100% polyester. But I don't understand because the panels completely feel like satin to me and they look like satin too. Maybe they mean the dress is 100% polyester and they didn't account for the panels? In any case, this dress would look amazing if you want to go retro for your Prom.
