Stunning Raquel Arena cross-body purse. Raquel Arena is a designer from El Salvador. Raquel made by hand the Illustration of each handbag and they are inspired by situations that happen to women, that’s why each handbag has a name and a story that is unique to each design. This bag is called, “I hug you” which was born out of the pandemic, the things we felt and because we couldn’t hug each other. Fun fact: I contacted the designer directly on Facebook to ask her the story behind the design on the bag. She graciously wrote me back and send me the translated version of the story.
