Holes on back of head are NOT missing hair plugs, but are for the hair piece accessories. Without the hair plugs she still has a good amount of hair and looks great in this shorter length, you wouldn’t know she doesn’t have plugs until. You flip up her hair. Original headband and two hair extensions are included.
