Does the clock keep time? Can you upload photos of the belleck stamp and the bottom of the clock? Any chips on the porcelain?

@elliestrong604 sorry..stamp on bottom is on felt and the other is the best bI can get. As mentioned I'm afraid to try to get it apart to see if I can change battery.
