Rare Disney Giant Ribbon Head Band

Still in excellent minus some blue color transfer. However due to sparkles on the ribbon, it’s not as visible. Ribbon is very large but light. Depends on head shape, hair style, and how snug it is. May tilt forward slightly with head movement.
