Rare H&M Garden Collection Rose Dress

Super rare H&M limited release Garden Collection dress with rosette design. This dress sold out in an hour after it’s release. It’s brand new without tags: it doesn’t suit me so I meant to alter it and never did! It’s a waste to let this beauty sit in my closet. It’s short and strapless (silicone at the chest area to help it stay up) with a zippered back. Approx dimensions laying flat: Bust 16” Waist 13.5” Length 25” Says size 8 but it fits small (like a 4 I think)
