Rare Joel Rohr Original Art K'far Menachem 50s

For your consideration, an original art signed Joel Rohr (1912-98) by an Israeli American Art Students League artist Joel/ Yoel Rohr, whose work is in the National Gallery Of Art (Constitution Ave. & 6th St.) of the Smithsonian. You can read about him also on The Israel Museum site or the many other sources. Rohr was born in Poland, he was a working American modernist painter and printmaker in the 40's and 50's, moved to Israel in 1946, Rohr's artwork was some of the most collected in the country as he was an award-winning / renowned modernist & founder of the Yemin Moshe Artists Quarter. The painting is signed in the back Osem Tevuot and K'far Menachem at the bottom ( under the frame) ( כפר מנחם, אסם תבואות ),  and based on my research of the kibbutz references, it refers to the period of time when the artist lived in the kibbutz K'far Menachem in the 50s, prior to moving to Jerusalem in the 60s. Osem Tevuot or Mahsan Tevuot appears to be a real POI in the area, the symbol of Kibbutz K'far Menachem, and stands for Grain Wearhouse. I have attached an old photo of the Grain Wearhouse in K'far Menachem. This art piece is pre-owned, with signs of wear as seen in the photos, there is a chip to the low left bottom on the glass, not noticeable when displayed as it is covered by the frame. The burgundy paper around the original art appears to have a stain in the top right corner which is not on the original art, as far as I can see. Please view the photos for measurements & details
