Rare Raquel Allegra Skirt (Size 1 / Small)

Stretchy elastic waist skirt by LA designer Raquel Allegra. Barely worn. Print looks like a woven abstract snake skin (but so much cooler!). What looks like pleats near the waistline is actually print. (Waistline is smooth, more like a pencil skirt). Hits just below my knee and I'm 5'6. Very cute uncommon piece.
