Rare Victorian Mourning Locket & Bracelet Set

This antique Victorian set feels like a a light plastic which I believe may be vulcanite. The locket features a carved flower design on the outside and the inside has engravings with a removable glass insert. The bracelet also has a carved flower design and a light clasp. Measurements on locket: 1-1/4” width across and 1-1/2” length Measurements on bracelet: 6-1/4” length around Flaws: Locket seems slightly open at top. Bracelet has a small crack. *See pictures for condition but please note that the pieces are old.
