Rare Vintage 1950's Japanese Cat & Rooster Salt & Pepper Shakers

The cutest and fun RARE vintage 1950s Salt & Pepper shakers, made in Japan. Wooden shakers with handpainted red roosters on the base and on top are wooden cats with plastic chef hats and painted bowties in white and red. To use and fill, push the heads down. Rare design is difficult to find and these are in fantastic condition! One mark on the top of the pepper as shown. Great midcentury collectible or makes a unique gift.
