Rare Vintage 1980s Halloween whistles, grab bags, piñata, trick or treat

Rare Vintage 80s Halloween party favors, package of 36 whistles, new old stock... still sealed, has a small tear in the packaging but still completely sealed. It's so cool to see old deadstock packages. Original price tag on it sold at Woolco... which has been gone since early 90s. Pretty good shape.
