Rare Vintage 90s Ocean Pacific Black Quilted Light Puffer Jacket

This puffer is such a rare piece! As a 90s teenager, I remember this brand so well and I silently screamed with joy when I found it. It fits me perfectly, except the sleeves due to my T-Rex size arms! So, I’m letting it go to find it’s forever owner. It says XL. size 22”, 27” length and 28.5” sleeves. The last person hand sewed a stretchy pocket in the inside likely for cellphone but it is easily removable. Otherwise it is in MINT condition. From smoke and pet free home.
