Rare Vintage Black and Pink Tulip Motif Halter gown with matching bolero sweater

This elegant gown features a sophisticated black base adorned with vibrant pink and yellow tulip patterns, creating a striking contrast.The dress is a backless halter style. There is no damage of any kind. There are no fabric tags but the dress feels like a synthetic stretchy polyester. It could likely be hand washed.
