Rare Vintage Blue Crochet Mini Dress Boho Floral Fishnet Sleeves XS/S

This dress is beautiful and I cannot find another like it anywhere online. It is a light blue (I would say baby blue) and crocheted with net/fishnet sleeves and a floral pattern on the neckline and ends of the sleeves. The dress is lined, however the hem of the lining is unfinished and the stitching is coming apart at one corner. It was purchased this way by me approximately 23 years ago. The lining does not reach to the hem of the dress. There are a few pulled/broken strands on the dress. Please see all photos. I have only worn this three times. It could be mini or midi length, depending on how tall the wearer is. The tag states "Style De Paris" by Zahra Fashions, 65% polyester, 35% cotton. Size S/P. Made in Thailand. The dress would best fit an extra small or small. Cleaning instructions are "hand wash only, hand wash in lukewarm water, hang to dry." I have washed the dress in the washing machine on delicate without any issues. Measurements taken lying flat: Top of the shoulder to the bottom hem: 39.5" Armpit to Armpit: 17" Please be certain of your measurements as I do not accept returns.
