These shorts were discontinued a long time ago, and are a super rare find! These are vintage, high waisted distressed denim shorts from Forever 21. It's a really cute design with bows and cutouts running down the length of the shorts, and the distressed denim makes it SUPER flattering! Very form fitting and will go cute with any top. Size: US 26, but will fit 27 or 28 also Measurements (taken laying flat): Rise: 11.5" Inseam: 8.5" Waist: 14" Machine wash with light colors. In excellent condition.
