Rare Vintage Framed Art Print: "Stoic Romance III" by Richard Franklin

This is a beautiful vintage framed print of "Stoic Romance" by Richard Franklin. It is painted in a Neoclassical style. Richard Franklin was an artist whose Neoclassical artwork was inspired by the art of the Old Masters from the Renaissance period, such as Rembrandt. The Romantic poets, who were prominent in the early to mid 1800s, also strongly influenced his work, especially Alfred Lord Tennyson. Frame is 11.5 (29.5 cm) × 14 inches (35.5 cm) print is 10 inches (25.5 cm) × 8 inches (20.5 cm) The print is in excellent condition. The front of the frame is in great condition but the frame has no stand and it's difficult to hang on the wall because of the way the back of the frame is designed; I tried to deepen the indentation on the back with a knife but it didn't work (shown in close-up photo). The back of the frame has some writing (LR) and a tiny mark of black ink. The letters were there when purchased and I think the tiny black mark was, too.
