Rare Vintage Jean Howell (Margaret Howell’s Sister) Wool Handknit Sweater M

A vintage (70s-80s?) and rare hand-knitted wool cardigan in a pattern of horizontal multi-coloured stripes, with two pockets and multi color button fastening, labelled ‘Jean Howell’. Made in England. Size label 10. Jean Howell sister of famous Margaret Howell. Apparently they were going to go into the fashion business together, as a sister act, but obviously that never quite happened. This is one of her few items she created! This sweater is so amazing, the colours are beautiful!
