Rare Vintage Powderpuff Girls small umbrella by Totes 27” across

A rare find! This Powderpuff girl umbrella is from the late 90’s and has some wear and a bit of oxidized metal but it opens and closes perfectly. The purple plastic handle and bottom button also showing some wear. The graphics are amazing and there are no rips or tears in the nylon umbrella. A nice ruffle on the edges completes the retro look.
