Rare Vintage Red Cross Pinback Pin Button 1940 WWII Phenomenal Condition Nurse Rare vintage Red Cross pinback pin button from 1940 during WWII. There is the tiniest amount of color loss on the cross that is difficult to see unless you are really looking for it. Very minimal wear to the front of the pin, it is in phenomenal condition for it's age. There are scratches on the back of the pin. Please note the black spot in the photos of the back of the pin is a reflection of my cell phone. The pin measures 1/2" in diameter. The pin is straight and tight.
