Rare Vintage Set of 3 Grindley Creampetal Hand Painted Fruit Dessert Bowls England MCM A rare vintage set of 3 Grindley Creampetal hand painted fruit or dessert bowls. The paint is bright with no color loss. There are some light scratches on the interior bottom of the bowls expected with use and some scuffs in the glaze on the exterior of each bowl. I tried to photograph one mark, please see all photos. All marks are near the lip of the bowl and are not that noticeable. There is also some color on the bottom of each bowl. There are no chips, cracks, or crazing. I have read that the "sailboat inside a frame stamp" was used from 1936 to 1954. There may be slight color variation depending on your monitor display.
