Rare Vintage Shell Egg Thimble Case / Holder

A rare find. Shell egg shaped thimble holder. I believe this piece is possibly Victorian and has brass edges and clasp. Clasp is still nice and strong and functions well. Natural age and patina visible. Has not been cleaned to keep in original found condition. No thimble. Traditionally would be worn on chain or cord. 🐆💰Not a Poshmark member yet?
