Beautiful geometric, simplicity in the V paneling in the breast, unlined wool with viscose Vintage tag reads size 4 but measurements provided in photos for a more accurate fit. Irving Samuel Montreal was founded in 1948 is no longer a company as it was dissolved in the early 90s. Their clothing was sold at Neiman Marcus in the US, Holt Renfrew, and Ogilvys in Canada. The company’s items were designed by a well-known designer, Jean-Claude Poitras. A vintage/retro piece that stands the test of time with a simple elegance, not often seen in modern clothing.
