Darling cotton dress from the 40s. Iconic look, with beautiful piqued collar and pocket details. I believe it is either deadstock or worn maybe once. It was in pristine condition when I got it, since it was in an old house I washed it and steamed it. It comes from England, and is a real WWII British housedress. Doesn't fit me, otherwise I'd keep it. Buttons up the front. Belt loops, but missing belt. pit to pit 37" waist across 27" hips open Perfect vintage condition with no notable flaws!

kittenvillavint @iya_neh Oh, it's not the mannequin's. I got this dress from a WWII salvage auction sale in England. It literally survived the war, and the mannequin is from the former owner/ seller. I don't have a nice mannequin to take photos with myself, so I asked the seller to take some.

kittenvillavint @iya_neh If you are smaller than the measurements of the garment, it'll fit you. plus, the buttons go all the way down the dress. All you have to do is adjust them, or get them adjusted if you want it to be made for exactly your measurements.
